Working with the owner on their turn-of-the-19th-century double city lot, CG|LA helped the owners develop a master plan for their development of the yard over time. The owners were anxious to begin work on phase one, the front yard fence and entry landscape. Using pictures of historic fences CG|LA designed the fence to be in keeping with the traditional frame house. CG|LA developed the planting plan using mostly low maintenance naturalistic and native plants.
